I spent 9 years at Amazon leading culture transformation for 100,000+ employees. I built programs that helped people speak up and find their voice.
And yet—I struggled with my own voice. I knew what it was like to perform instead of being authentic, to stay quiet when I wanted to speak, to make myself small to fit expectations.
So I created The Resilience Lab—with all the tools I wish I'd had when I was finding my way back to myself.
